1.  place bracket at desired location on the light standard with the set screws facing up.

2.  attach strapping to top of bracket and around light standard.

3.  tighten strapping using a screw driver or nut driver.

4.  repeat steps 2 and 3 for strapping on the bottom of the bracket

5.  insert banner-pole into bracket and tighten set screws with an Allen wrench.
